How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Once it has been processed you can expect your order to be delivered within 2-3 business days.

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers and information are sent via email the moment your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received any tracking 48 hours after your order has been placed, please email our customer service at classyjmink@gmail.com

Why was my order canceled?

While this is rare it is possible for items to be out of stock without the system updating. If this does occur we will notify you within 24 hours about the cancelation and to issue a refund. If your order contains additional items, these items will ship as normal.

What is the return and exchange policy?

ONLY Exchanges are accepted. All exchanged products must be returned with seal still attached. No used products will be accepted. All exchanges must be done within 14 days of your original order date.

Please Note: Exchanges do not include shipping and handling fees.

ANY reduced priced merchandise are marked as FINAL SALE in which they are not eligible to be exchanged
